Terms of Purchase

These terms of purchase apply to purchases made on Stressbollen.se, operated by Stressbollen.se. By completing a purchase, you accept these terms.

1. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK), including VAT. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is made at the time of ordering.

2. Shipping & Delivery

The normal delivery time is 2–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email when the package has been shipped so that you can track it. We are working to offer faster deliveries soon.

3. Right of Return & Cancellation

You have a 14-day right of return from the date you received your order, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act. However, we always want to find a solution. Contact us even if 14 days have passed.

How to make a return:

Contact us at hej@stressbollen.se within 14 days of receipt and state your order number and the reason for the return.
We will confirm your return request by email.
Send the item in its unopened and undamaged original condition to the address we provide. (Norrköping, Sweden).
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we have received and approved the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 5–10 business days to the payment method used for the purchase.

Please note: The item must be unopened and undamaged for the return to be approved.

4. Complaints

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, you have the right to file a complaint regarding the purchase. Contact us within 14 days of receipt with a picture and description of the problem at hej@stressbollen.se. If the complaint is approved, we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Product Information & Measurements

Product-specific information, such as measurements and sizes, is provided on each product page. If you have questions about a specific product, you are welcome to contact us at hej@stressbollen.se before completing your purchase.

6. Personal Data

We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR and our privacy policy. Your information is used solely to manage your order and communicate with you.
