Shipping Cost

We currently offer free shipping – regardless of the order value. No hidden fees.

Delivery Time

Normal delivery time is 2–5 business days from the time your order has been shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

All orders are shipped from Sweden.

Tracking

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package in real time via the shipping carrier’s website.

Right of Return & Returns

We offer a 14-day right of return from the time you receive your order. The item must be unopened and undamaged for the return to be approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Did you receive the wrong item or a damaged product? Contact us within 14 days of receipt with a photo and description – we will resolve it right away.
